Commercials Network Contest Terms & Conditions
For full terms regarding participation in a contest, review the Contest Agreement linked at ______. The Contest Participation Agreement is hereby incorporated into these terms and condition in their entirety by reference. By using the website, submitting an entry for the contest, participating in a contest, or otherwise engaging with a service provided by Commercials Network, the user accepts and agrees to be bound by the included terms. The user understands that any content submission to Commercials Network will be owned by Commercials Network and expressly assigns ownership rights to Commercials Network upon submission. However, the user will retain a limited license to use the submitted content, as directed by Commercials Network.
In order to be eligible to participate in the contest hosted by Commercials Network, each user must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Each user must also have an active Commercials Network account. Submissions which promote another business, other than the featured company, will not be considered at any time during the contest.
The cash prizes will be determined by Commercials Network depending on the number of users who have entered the contest. The number of users won’t be based on the number of submissions entered. For example, if one user submits 5 different entries, this will count as one (1) user who has submitted the contest, not as five (5) different users. The cash prizes benchmarks will always be up to date in at least one section on the Commercials Network website.
Once a benchmark has been reached (as illustrated below), a submission will be chosen. If a user’s submission has been chosen, the user will be notified via the information provided.

Information You Post & Submit to the Commercials Network Website
To the extent you voluntarily post and submit material to the Commercials Network Website for contest entry submission on the Commercials Network Website itself, you automatically grant to Commercials Network an irrevocable, perpetual worldwide license for Commercials Network to display such material on the Commercials Network Website. Additionally, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing by you and Commercials Network, by posting and submitting any material to the Commercials Network Website for display on the Commercials Network Website, you are representing, warranting and covenanting to Commercials Network that those materials are original to you or you have obtained permissions, releases, rights or licenses, if any are required (including where use of that material does not constitute “fair use”), that you assume full responsibility for the posting of such material vis-à-vis third parties, including but not limited to make any payments to third parties with respect to displaying such third party material.
