Financial information you may choose to provide

If you choose to make a purchase or engage in a commercial transaction with Commercials Network, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. The third-party processor processes your financial transaction on behalf of Commercials Network, if any. Any third-party used by Commercials Network to accept your donations will use encryption to protect your payment information and will send an automated email to the address you provide to confirm your donation.


We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Users should be over the age of 18 to participate in contests hosted by Commercials Network or submit any information to Commercials Network.

Information automatically collected and stored by Commercials Network.

As is true of most websites you enter, we automatically collect and store some information about your computer and your visit and store it in log files. This information includes information such as your computer’s (or your Internet Service Provider’s) Internet Protocol (IP) address; the domain from which you access the Internet; the name, version, and specifications of your computer and your computer’s operating system; the Internet address of the website, if any, from which you came to our site; the date and time you arrived at our site and how long you spent on the site; and which pages you visited. This website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Contest Submission Privacy Policy

This policy described in this section entitled “Contest Submission Privacy Policy” relates specifically to those who have submitted an entry for the contest hosted by Commercials Network. This privacy policy applies to the collection of information, including information collected on our website. As described on the Commercials Network Website, Commercials Network is the main administrator of the contest, while the sponsor (the featured company) will rotate on a basis directed by Commercials Network. When a user submits an entry for the contest, the user consents to the terms and conditions of the policy, to the processing of personal information, and to the sharing of the submitted content to the featured company for at least the purposes stated below.

  • Information provided by the user through the uploading of their submission for the contest.

Per the FAQ section of the Commercials Network website, once a user submits an entry for the contest, the user understands that the submission will be owned by Commercials Network. However, the user will retain a limited license to use the submitted content, as directed by Commercials Network.

If you provide your personal information to enter the contest, we will use that information to contact you regarding any contest notifications. We may also save your information to reach out regarding contests, advertising campaigns, or other Commercials Network happenings. To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses. Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. We will not sell your personal information to any party. If in the future, we anticipate selling your personal information to any party, we will provide you with the opt-out and opt-in rights required by the CCPA.
